Anyway, if I go to the problem, I hope someone will help me out. A few weeks ago I bought this unit http://www.k-data.org/kdfi-pnp-bmw-m20.html to control my rebuilt m20b25 with m50 injectors, m50 IAT sensor, m50 TPS sensor. I mounted everything put the settings in and the engine started, and also worked always only for about few minutes and the shut off instantly. I contacted k-data about the problem amd the answer was that Nominall dwell was set too high out from the factory and Ihave to lower it to 1.5ms, if I put it higher than that the kdFi goes into self-protection mode. Ok, I did this and engine ran all the time but had big misfire at around 3kRPM. Later I found out that stock m20 coil would need around 2.5ms dwell time to work properly. But guess what, my kdFi would go into self-protection mode (self resetting fuse gets hot, "zundtreiber" gets hot) even If I put dwell to 1.7ms...

Problem nr.2
A few days later I wanted to check my settings again, I used same laptop and everything as always, wanted to start the car and when I put contact and the pump (prime) was running all the time and the car would not start. I tried to connect to kdFi again but could not make a connection any more, I tried differnet cable, drivers, laptop....thats it- I cannot connect any more from that time on. Looks like KdFi froze, or collapsed or something. Off course I tried to contact mr. Stefan again and yes, you guessed right-NO ANSWER. I was always polite in my e-mails, I suggested to send my unit back to him to have a look -but he does NOT RESPOND at all.
I can´t believe this, I don`t want to touch anything on the unit by myself beacause its still in warranty but on the other side I feel stupid to pay 600€ +200€ other costs for the standalone which never even worked properly and its now laying on the shelf.
So, I read here on this forum that quite a few of you have kdFi, and If someone would please tell me If mr. Kastner will ever answer me and take my unit back for repair..? If he doesnt even respond to my mail I dont wanny know how long repair under warranty would last...

Please, share your experience... you can write back in German, I understand.
Thanks,
Bostjan
